What are the LED saving lights? You already know well the light bulbs who saving you up to 80% on electricity costs (picture2)! The new LED technology is coming and you will save about 90-95% on electricity costs! And even more: they have 100.000 hours life time! So where is the cacth?
It's no catch at all! You must be just caution what lamp you will buy! Must have at least 48 LEDs or you will not have good results! The bulbs with less then 48 LEDs are good only for small places (elevators etc....)! The newest have 80-100 LEDs and this is the right thing!
The prices in Europian shops are high (about 20 - 30€) per one light! So At the end I will give you a few links, where you can buy it (not wholesale just single bulb to test it)! Be sure that you buying item with right voltage (EU 220v, U.K. 110V)! Be sure that screw is right also! For the big lights must be E27! Be sure that you check this before for your country! Don't forget, this is an investment for the future, because you will have the bulb a few years!
